Mr. Lloyd graduated from Stanford University in 1975, where he majored in history and graduated cum laude with honors in humanities. After his 1983 graduation summa cum laude from Concordia College with a degree in music composition, Mr. Lloyd pursued his first career as a composer, performer and teacher. Thereafter, he earned his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 1992. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California. Mr. Lloyd is an experienced litigator whose practice areas include business litigation, insurance defense, construction defect litigation, products liability, personal injury, trucking, employment law, wage and hour and bankruptcy.
