Ms. Ralls graduated from University of California – Irvine in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Ecology, with a dual emphasis in both Criminology and Psychology/Social Behavior. She earned her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu and was admitted to the California Bar in 1996. While at Pepperdine, she was the President of the Public Interest Society and interned for the Honorable Lawrence J. Mira and Honorable James A. Albracht of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Ms. Ralls has nearly 30 years of litigation experience primarily focused on insurance defense, including premises liability, construction defect litigation, product liability, residential habitability, and automobile accident defense. She is admitted to practice before all State Courts of the State of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California. At Fowler Law Group, Ms. Ralls specializes in construction defect and premises liability defense.
